Hotel Accommodation

We have rooms blocked Thursday through Saturday night at the Quality Inn in College Park, located near the edge of the University of Maryland campus. The walk to the conference site is under 10 minutes. The conference rate is $94 per night. When making reservations, the group name is"Mayfest 2008/University of MD Linguistics". Reservations can be made by calling (301) 276-1000. The block of rooms is only guaranteed until 4/15/2008, but rooms will still be available after that on a space-available basis. Please book now!

Crash Space

Undergraduate and graduate students who will be travelling from other institutions may request 'crash space' for Thursday through Saturday nights. While we do not anticipate any difficulty honoring all requests, if there is a spike in demand at the last minute, we will find places to stay on a first come, first serve basis. Therefore, if you anticipate needing crash space, please register and indicate which nights you will be staying as early as is possible
